Explains that the money will be given to Knox in time to pay the bill, and that the bill will be drawn by Mr. McConnell. Says he wants access to an extension of credit to answer Mercantile Speculations, which I apprehend I can make to profit for these few months to come. Postscript says he enclosed letter from Mrs. Randall is for Lucy Knox (not included). Stamped FREE on verso. Knox answers Randall's letter on 21 July 1791 (GLC02437.05077).
