It covers about 35 years of work by one of the world's leading scholars in the field, Prof. Christian M.I.M. Matthiessen. The series of volumes in the Collected Works of Christian M.I.M. Matthiessen are organized into a number of distinct topics. However, they all reinforce each other, and together constitute a coherent, body of theoretical and descriptive work.
