Toward spotlighting this sad problem, Governor Kean proclaimed April to be "Child Abuse Awareness Month" in New Jersey. Governor Kean also introduces Spiderman to his audience and comments on a special pull-out Spiderman comic strip which was to appear on April 27th in all New Jersey newspapers.
