M adjourn at pleasure. The report was on motion adopted. Bro. W. F. Young of the Durham Reformer was made welcome to a seat and to take part in our deliberations. Editor Young came for ward and after thanking the Association for granting h1m this privilege delivered a timely address ofi duty ln reading and supporting Negro Journals.
