After 20 years (and counting!) on my own self-care and healing journey I have come to know what I want most for our world. And that is less schedules, no more rat wheels, taking real responsibility for our words and our actions, and having the courage to give something different a shot. Children suicides. Families, Communities and Countries at war. We’ve forgotten that we are responsible for our words, our actions and what we leave behind in every space. We’ve forgotten that we can choose. We can choose the kind of person we want to be every single moment, every single day. So much more is possible. May this book bring some simple ways back through stories and analogies in a playful and meaningful way. May all our children learn to stay connected to their own Source, to their own magic.
