This Genealogy and History is worthy of being preserved for the benefit of the descendants of Martin Phifer, Sr., I have had the same published. It is my desire to place a copy of the publication in the possession of the descendants of Martin Phifer, Sr., as a family history, in order that the Genealogy and History of the family may be preserved.
