This gives the all Americans to pass on the savings to every one across the entire spectrum and brings transparency to healthcare . Whole concept behind this, is to pay as you receive the care, there is no billing and customers chooses the level of care and bring in payments based on the services provided through revamped payment system. Insurance Companies no longer negotiates the rates with Healthcare Facilities and all the Providers. Customers demand the rates to to be transparent , not only in the providers offices but also in all Healthcare facilities .Dr.Vangala seems to think that Technology is on Customers favor, Virtual Clinics, Virtual Doctors and , Virtual Robots and Artificial Intelligence like Watson's computers will bring radical changes in Healthcare delivery in America in foreseeable future. Competetion in Healthcare will bring down cost of the care and tremendous savings to Healthcare expenditure in Unites States. Projections are healthcare expenditure may go down by 50% , compared to the present level.
