He dropped his hand down to his side clutching the phone, which felt like a bar of ice. He gazed up into a field of resplendent stars and thought, what makes a man so completely? Not his laurels, his honor, or his good deeds. He paused to collect his thoughts... but a woman's kiss, which also has the power to repair. As tears pooled he thought, my ache and I desperately need your handiwork. Don't deny us your kiss.
