Skills involving antennas, software, operations, propagation -- all were developed. Technicians graduated to General Class, "solder sessions" and other educational sessions sprang up on weekends. Antenna-Raising Parties & slingshots became popular! VHF distances achieved broke all expectations. And everyone had FUN learning, building and doing!
